By accessing our website, browsing our products, submitting a custom request, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from FORM8.
1. About FORM8
FORM8 is a 3D printing studio that offers ready-made 3D printed products, custom 3D print requests, made-to-order prints, prototypes, decor pieces, collectibles, functional prints, and related services.
Our products may include both standard products available on the website and custom products made based on customer-submitted requirements, references, dimensions, files, or ideas.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree that you will not use it for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to interfere with the website’s security, functionality, payment systems, checkout process, or any part of the online store.
3. Product Information
We try our best to display product details, descriptions, images, prices, colours, sizes, and availability as accurately as possible.
However, because FORM8 products are 3D printed, slight variations may occur in colour, texture, surface finish, dimensions, layer lines, and final appearance. These minor variations are part of the 3D printing process and do not always qualify as defects.
Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes. The final product may vary slightly depending on material, print settings, lighting, screen display, finishing, and production method.
4. Custom 3D Print Requests
For custom 3D print requests, customers may submit details such as reference images, design files, sketches, size requirements, colour preferences, quantity, and use case.
FORM8 will review the request and may accept, reject, modify, or request additional information before confirming production.
A custom request is considered confirmed only after FORM8 has reviewed the requirement and the customer has approved the quote, timeline, and production details where applicable.
5. Customer-Submitted Files, Images, and References
When you submit any image, file, reference, design, logo, character, model, or idea to FORM8, you confirm that you have the right, permission, or authority to use and submit that material.
FORM8 is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted content. The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted files or references do not violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, privacy right, or law.
FORM8 may refuse to create any product that we believe is illegal, unsafe, offensive, harmful, infringing, misleading, or unsuitable for production.
6. Design Feasibility and Print Limitations
Not every design is suitable for 3D printing. Some designs may require changes to improve strength, stability, print quality, or durability.
FORM8 may suggest modifications for thin parts, fragile areas, unsupported structures, unrealistic details, very small colour zones, sharp parts, or designs that may not print properly.
The final print may include minor layer lines, support marks, surface texture, small finishing differences, or slight dimensional variation. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products.
7. Orders and Payments
All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
FORM8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete information, technical errors, or production limitations.
Prices are shown on the website and may change without prior notice. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or additional fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
8. Shipping
FORM8 orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 working days after processing.
Custom, large, detailed, bulk, or made-to-order products may require additional time depending on the size, complexity, material availability, finishing requirements, and quantity.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details, high order volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
9. Returns and Defects
Returns are accepted within 14 days only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in the product.
To raise a return or defect request, the customer must contact FORM8 with the order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and any relevant details.
Since many FORM8 products are custom-made or printed on demand, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, colour preference changes, minor 3D printing texture, or approved custom design choices.
10. Cancellations
Ready-made product orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Custom 3D print orders may be cancelled only before design preparation, file work, printing, or production has started.
Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible because the product is made specifically for the customer.
11. Bulk Orders and Business Requests
Bulk orders, business orders, branded items, event pieces, prototypes, and special projects may have separate pricing, timelines, and approval requirements.
FORM8 may request advance payment, partial payment, design confirmation, or written approval before starting such projects.
12. Intellectual Property
All FORM8 branding, website content, product photography, text, graphics, designs, layouts, logos, and original product concepts belong to FORM8 unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or use FORM8 content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
For customer-submitted designs, files, and references, the customer remains responsible for ownership, usage rights, and permissions.
13. Prohibited Requests
FORM8 reserves the right to reject any request that involves illegal products, unsafe objects, weapons, harmful items, hate content, explicit material, counterfeit goods, unauthorized copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or any design that we consider unsuitable for production.
14. Limitation of Liability
FORM8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, custom prints, delays, courier issues, or customer-submitted files.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product or service purchased from FORM8, subject to our return, refund, and defect review process.
15. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order, submitting a custom print request, or contacting FORM8.
FORM8 is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, production errors, or communication issues caused by incorrect customer information.
16. Changes to These Terms
FORM8 may update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
